eliminating foods you once thought were safe is a really tough one. Food allergies in children exhibit themselves in a lot of different ways, that are not always red arrows pointing directly to nutrition issues.
I had no idea our daughter had food sensitivities until we started figuring out symptoms with our son, who is four years younger. Some of the red flags are very subtle, and unless you know what to look for, they can go undetected for quite some time.
In children under 5, many of these symptoms are very closely linked to food sensitivities and food allergies.
